Welcome to INSTA-BRITE Mobile Washing, Inc. Established in 1974, INSTA-BRITE is focused on providing pressure washing and related cleaning services in the most reliable, dependable manner possible. Based in Whitman, Massachusetts, we operate a fleet of 16 mobile units and employ about 20 professionals dedicated to solving each of our customers’ unique facility, residential, kitchen, and fleet cleaning challenges. Our services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Serving over 400 active customers throughout New England, we offer both project-oriented and regularly scheduled maintenance cleaning services.

Dave Friedman and Gregg Fish own and operate INSTA-BRITE Mobile washing, Inc. After each being successful in careers at large companies, these brother-in-laws decided that operating their own business would be much more satisfying. And it has !! Using the skills they both developed in the real estate, HVAC, banking, and sales fields, they understood that they could be very successful running a service business.
INSTA-BRITE is staffed with a professional office manager, Lisa Poveromo who handles all of our accounting, or phones, and keeps the office running smoothly !
Neal Bowker, has been at INSTA-BRITE for over 25 years! Neal handles all of our scheduling challenges including houses, fleets, kitchen exhaust cleaning , sidewalks, and building washing. INSTA-BRITE operates 7 days a week, 24 hours a day serving a variety of types of clients.
Our maintenance function is handled by Mike Maliff, who has been at INSTA-BRITE for over 20 years! Mike designs, builds, and maintains all of our cleaning equipment – in addition to training all new employees on the safe operation of the equipment and cleaning solutions we use.
Currently INSTA-BRITE employs approximately 16 thoroughly trained field technicians. Each employee receives rigorous ongoing safety training to ensure that all of our cleaning projects are performed safely, with no damage to any of our customer’s properties. We have 8 Massachusetts certified Kitchen Exhaust cleaners and 2 Boston Certified Kitchen Exhaust cleaners.
